Ben Singer leads the design and research team for Humana Innovation. Before joining Humana, Ben was an associate partner at Gravity Tank where he co-lead the strategy group in defining novel consumer experiences. To his assignments at Humana, Ben brings a passion for research driven insight, behavioral economics, and lean experimentation as a pragmatic approach to developing new capabilities. Ben supports teams experimenting with ways of helping people gain visibility and control of their chronic diseases. He is amazed and fascinated by observations of people with chronic diseases, most recently, working with congestive heart failure. Believing that just about anyone can and should have access to design thinking methodology, Ben teaches research and design-led innovation at college level, and as a part of client partnerships.
