I have 3 sons who are 3, 8, and 10 years old. My life revolves around taking them to hockey, going to CrossFit, and experimenting with health paleo/veggan meals. At work, I am part of the team that created the Envolve Center for Health Behavior Change (a partnership between Nurtur, Washington University in St. Louis, and Duke University) and am co-leading one of the studies. I am also designing a new cardio-metabolic risk product for Nurtur.
